The Triangle Ranch was a unique project. An A-frame structure on a 54 acre parcel of land outside of Keystone, Colorado was available as a ranch property. The house was an old Denver restaurant and had been used as an office and as a weather barrier for horses. When the property was purchased, the plan was to tear it down, yet after careful consideration, the owners decided to build upon and expand the structure rather than tear it down.
The results are spectacular. This home is aptly called the Triangle Ranch due to the shape of the property itself, and also because the home exhibits so many triangular elements. By using the existing structure as a base, the resulting home is breathtaking. With a three-story Greatroom and dramatic angles throughout the home, it is an amazing piece of architecture.
